Production Duties:
Meeting required production pace and goals Use of table saws, miter saws, shaper, routers, various hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and C N C controlled machinery Manufacture, assemble, and construct various components and configurations Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and encourages team effort Requirements:
Ability to communicate effectively, define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions with all levels of the organization and team Ability to read paperwork, interpret instruction and exercise good judgment Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure o Read a standard tape measure Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds Ability to stand/bend-twist/lift/walk for long periods of time o Work 10 hour shifts minimum Education /
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
